This custom 1,200 Sq. Ft. ADU  was designed for a client to age in place comfortably with all the considerations for accessibility accounted for, and features signature Craftsman design elements such as low-pitched gabled roofs, exposed rafters, and a welcoming front porch.

Construction of new 1,200 Sq. Ft. ADU, and full remodel and addition to the existing main dwelling. Mid Century Modern bones dictated the modern take on the aesthetic. Natural materials and a neutral palette are juxtaposed with  delightful pops of color in furnishings and artwork throughout.
